Hi, Guys as you might know or might not know; Dylan and I are steady at work on a new series of free training videos.

So we haven't been on here as much to update the website. Don't worry the new videos will blow you away. That's mainly why they're taking so long.

It's all going to be in High Definition so you won't miss a single drop of sweat off Dylan's ripped Abs Eye-wink haha

    Anyways guys I just wanted to drop in and ask what you guys have been up to, what are your training schedules are like, what are your current goals. Keep me updated Always looking forward to seeing your progress.

I've been incorporating some LISS / MISS Cardio back into my routine at night it's working pretty good so far.

I have the worst stomach though so hard to take it out.

You know how you have to target fatloss as a 'whole' pretty much it's impossible to spot target fatloss in certain areas right.

I wish my body evenly distributed fat lol I have like 20%+ on my stomach / back & 5-6% on my arms / legs. So Ridiculous lol

but I guess that just means stomach / back are the next to go. So I'ma keep the hard work up Smiling haha

I want to have a parkour

I want to have a parkour body.. like having that weird streangth, i can do the human flag actualy, but still i want more controll on my boy, im doing alot of circuit training and soon i'll start again gym wheight training but only 2 days a week working things like deadlift and power exercises.

This is my current trining: monday-gym 12 am-1pm; circuit aerrobical oriented training 4pm-5pm; hockey training 8:30pm-10:30pm.
tuesday:4pm-5pm circuit power oriented training and hockey training 8:30pm-10:30pm

Wednesday and thursday same as monday and tuesday respectevly.

Can someone help me with the diet? i wheight 63kg and im 6.7 feet tall
