Lower back muscles.

Dylan, I noticed your lower back muscles are great (no surprise!). What can I do to build my lower back muscles? Are there any resistance exercises on that? I just realized that I could hold a dumbbell to my chest on the stability ball back extension.

I have yet to buy my stability ball. Should I also buy that 1/2 stability ball?

Cameron.

I've been told, when doing rows, not to move my (lower) back. Is there a big difference? (note: I'm a girl and a male friend has been training me)

Neat trick: If you want to

Neat trick: If you want to clean up the sound take some benches, chairs and what-not and drape towels over them so they hang down. It'll limit the echo that occurs when you're talking.

Nice house btw, I would love to have the space for that kind of gear.

Instead of regular one arm rows I perform the renegade rows with push-ups to keep the multiple muscle group work-out going.

Nice video! Bowflex
