Workout Routine | Need Help
Hi i'm new in the website
and i register because i want to ask for your help! I've been working out for 1/2 years, and i need help making a workout routine/plan, so if someone could post some workouts routines that would be great, but there is a point to have in mind, i don't go to the gym i just have a set of dumbells and my body... it's just what i can afford for :|

Lat Pullover + Crunch
Hanging Dunbell Squat
Alternating Lateral Raises
Bicep Curl- One arm Isometric (stationary at 90 degrees)
Overhead Tricep Extension
Box Jumps
Burpee with Weights Until Failure
Repeat without weights until Failure
