Weight Gain

For weight gain (I’m assuming were talking about muscle) you'll defiantly need to eat 6-8 times a day, start taking in some protein shakes & maybe even some cretin (depending on how much red meat you eat), and working less cardio and more weights.

You'll need to workout about 5-6 times a week. Blitz workouts are usually the most common body builder’s use to bulk on lots of muscle.

Example of a Blitz workout:

Monday: Chest

Tuesday: Back

Wednesday: Legs

Thursday: Biceps’ & Triceps

Friday: Shoulders

Saturday: Abdominals & Forearms

Sunday: REST

You’re supposed to destroy the part of the body on that day and then let it rest for the rest of the week.

Well you can exercise more as long as you can pack on all the calories your burning in the gym plus double when you get out within your eating habits

I want to gain weight (lol

I want to gain weight (lol and yes muscular weight). I'm not sure if I'm a 'hardgainer'. I am 5'11" and weigh 155 lbs. I'm starting to get solid in my pecs and abs. My legs are sore so assume they'll be coming along.

I am trying to eat more and more often as you say. That's not intuitive for me. So I have to work at it. Andy told me to eat when I'm not hungry--that's really counterintuitive but then makes sense.

Gaining by the minute(?),
Cameron
