Study on ABs
Obviously everyone wants to know, what’s the best AB exercise?!?!
Well, according to about.com, the bicycle is in fact the best. Study’s have shown that the bicycle exercise “gets every part of your abs--the rectus abdominis, TVA and internal/external obliques”
For those of you, who do not know how to do the bicycle exercise, check this link out: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3RmIAHzI6vA

Thanks man.
Me too, ive just recently add these in to my workout. I do them last after all my other AB exercises are done. I find they work the best when they are slow and controlled, as apposed to fast like some people do in the gym.

Yeah, these are fun. But I
Yeah, these are fun. But I have fallen in love with hanging legraises--toes to touch the bar--and with machine crunches. Damn machine crunches have really added thickness to my abs. They also make doing hanging legs easier. The bicycle is fun for variety.

I agree, hanging leg raises
I agree, hanging leg raises are my fav. as well. I find they work the best with negatives.
I added the bicycle at the end of my ab routine

Another way I see Andy do
Another way I see Andy do hanging lifts--and these are a bitch--is to bring your legs up so your toes touch and then bring your legs only down far enough that they are still above parallel to the ground then bring legs back up. You just do the top half of the exercise. Andy brings his large legs (mind you) up and down in that quadrant for a long time holding his legs in the L for a 2 count. When he gets down his abs still look deeply flexed. I admit that I have enjoyed the times he's let me punch those awesome abs. They are thick and hard and my fist bounces off them. I've a ways to go but Andy says I'm making great progress.
Explain what you mean by "with negatives".

Cameron

That sounds like a great way
That sounds like a great way to do hanging leg raises. I’m going to give that a try next time I’m at the gym.
What I mean by negatives is; I bring my legs up to around where my head is, then I slowly bring them down (about 3-4 seconds), then quickly bring them back up, and slowly back down. I keep repeating that till I’m done.
Regards,
Alex.

Nice. Try bring the legs
Nice. Try bring the legs down only to horizontal then back up. That's what Andy got me doing. They are damn tough. Do them until you cramp up! Yeah, I have come to love hanging LLs and bring legs up at different angles, do clock rotations (legs up in a circle) or windshield wipers like Dylan demonstrated.

I rarely work abs
I rarely work abs now-a-days. I'm waiting for Dylan's 10 week challenge to come out, then conquer it.

I work my abs nightly with a few friends. Feels great.
Any idea. Sell T-shirts that have Dylan's fine abs on them so that his abs can be yours!
