Sample eating guide.
This is my current eating guide.
Some things to consider before trying this: make sure your cholesterol is good. I don’t recommend for everyone to try this, cause of the amount of eggs being used, but you can cut it down to 1 egg and add a couple of pieces of fruit of you would like.
Morning (8:00): 4 eggs and a multi vitamin
Mid-Morning (10:30): 2 bananas and 1 can of corn
Lunch (12:30): 2 (4oz) pieces of fish and 1 can of peas
Mid-afternoon (2:30): can of tuna and 1 cup of cottage cheese
Late-afternoon (4:30): 1 cup of cereal
Supper time (6:30): Protein shake, half a cup of cereal, and a chicken Brest
Night time (9:00): 1 plate of Salad with no salad dressing
