Sample Anabolic Diet

This is the diet I am currently testing out. More information on the diet can be found in the Anabolic Diet ebook.

Monday-Friday: Routine Days

Breakfast:

4 eggs
3 beef sausages
1 apple

Snack:

1/2 cup almonds

Lunch:

1 medium chicken breast
1 hamburger patty
2 slices cheddar cheese
1 cup spinach/mixed greens
1 tbsp olive oil
1 avocado

Snack:

2 eggs
1 slice cheese
1 tbsp olive oil

Dinner:

1 chicken breast
1 serving red meat (ie. meatballs, ground beef, steak, etc.)
1 cup mixed vegetables
1 tbsp olive oil
1 banana
1 orange

Snack:

1 can tuna
1/2 cup almonds

Total calories: ~3400 - 63%Fat/10%Carb/28%Protein

Saturday and Sunday: Carb up/Binge

Rules: Eat whatever you want, in large quantities. Keep fat intake moderate and lower protein intake while increasing carb intake. Usually I eat 5000 calories/day on the week. Alcohol, in moderation is alright.

That looks somewhat like my diet, only with a higher calorie range in the week.

My breakfast is basically the same minus the beef sausages in replace with whole wheat bread and almond butter.

All my snacks consist of 15-20 almonds with spinach or mixed veggies.

I'll eat Chicken Salad for lunch.

Snack same as above,

Dinner = Beef, Veggies, low GI carb portion (yam / sweet potato) n some Chicken.

After workout = What ever is in the fridge Eye-wink haha

Weekends = Booze Sesh

This is my casual diet.
