Really Fat Weight Loss Routine

Hi there, this is my Really Fat Weight Loss Routine.

Week: 1 - Walking - Walk everyday for 1 hour. Try walking to the grocery store instead of driver or something that's a daily task. Do this once a day 7 days of the week.

Week: 2 - Speed Walking - Speed walk for 50 Minutes of the day. 6 Days a week for one week.

Week: 3 - Jogging / Walking - Jog for 10 Minutes then walk for another 10 minutes until you have reached a total of 40 minutes. Do this 5 days of the week.

Week: 4 - Jogging - Jog for 30 minutes - 4 days of the week. By now you should be able to jog.

Week: 5 - Running - Run for 20 minutes - 3 days of the week. Spread the days out. If you feel energetic ...go for walks the other days of the week.

Week: 6 - Beginning HIIT Training - Complete High intensity interval training for 15 minutes 3-4 days of the week.

Weeks 7 - Beyond Increase your hiit training and begin weight training.

I hope this helps, this is an easy way to get back into shape if your really over weight.

Nice, Thats a great way to ease your self back into shape. I would also start weight lifting because for every pound of muscle your body has you burn 10 calories a day, so in the run of a week with 10 pounds of muscle you would burn 700 calories just by having the muscle.
