Hanging Leg Raises - 2 sets of 10 Reps
Decline Sit Ups - 2 sets of 12 Reps
Barbell Shrugs - 2 sets of 10 Reps
Military Press - 3 sets of 12
Dumbell Presses - 3 sets of 12
Lateral Raises - 3 sets of 12
Cable Tricep Pushdown- 2x15
Cable Bicep curl-2x15
One Arm Dumbell Rows - 3x10 Reps
T-Bar Rows - 3x10 Reps
Lat Pulldowns -3x 10 Reps
Leg Press 3x 10 Reps
