Dylan's given you great advice, no surprise. I would add that you work your lower back muscles. Keep eating and eating and eating as Dylan says. I did this and really added some serious muscular pounds. Also, give your body plenty of rest since you build muscle at is (1) RESTS and (2) REFUELS the muscle cells to help repair them. You build the conditions for muscular growth through lifting weights but it's the recoup phase that actually builds the muscle. Thus all the warnings against overtraining.
You want to gain weight to handle the army gear you'll be marching with.
4 sets of 8 reps of the
4 sets of 8 reps of the following; choose a weight hard enough to make you fatigue at 8 reps
Squats
Bench Press
Shoulder Press
Deadlifts
Cable Row
Bear Squat
Pull-ups/ Lat pulldown
Core: 40 crunches x 2 sets. 50 Bicycle 1 set. 1 minute plank.
