Need help here

Hello fellows. Im having problems with my diet. I train HIIT 4 days a week. Monday to thursday but i fear that i'm not eating as i should because i mean it's really intense and i might be shrinking myself. Im 1.77 mts high and i weight around 170 pounds. Can someone please give me a tip or better build me a diet that includes drinking on weekends =) (about this, i dont drink beer or drinks with coke or juices just pure rum with water or whisky water and lemon) pls help

Well HIIT can take a toll on your body if you're not getting enough nutrition.
Lets take a look at what HIIT mainly burns for energy? Ahh... stored Carbs.

Try increasing your low GI Carbs by 20-30% before doing you're HIIT days.
Or
Give yourself some fast carbs to burn off before you do your HIIT, Example: Eat 1-2 banana's 30mins - hour prior to you're hiit session.

This should stop you're body from breaking down protein & you'll still gain all the awesome metabolic effects from HIIT after you're workout is done.

Another option might be to start supplementing with L-Glutamine, witch helps prevent muscle breakdown.

Another thing.. I want to get ripped as hell. I have a very slow metabolic rate. What can i do to faster it up and to get 5% body fat on this situation. What are your thoughts. Anything 'ill apreciate
