My Diet - Need help

Hi guys,

I'm new to the forum and would like to introduce myself. My name is Zahir and my goal is to lose weight at the core and gain mass every where else. I weigh in at 10st 4lbs and I'm 5ft 7". I am generally a healthy guy but the fat is piling on at the core.

I will try following the diet below for the next 8 weeks :-

Morning (7:15): 2 eggs onions and pepper and Hurricane XS

Mid-Morning (09:30): Bran Flakes (Mixed Fruit)

Before Lunch (11:30): 1 banana and 1 apple

Lunch (13:00): Boiled chicken with dressing in pitta bread

Mid-afternoon (16:00): ??

Supper time (18:30): Hurricane XS, half a cup of cereal, and a chicken Brest with salad

Night time (21:00): 1 plate of Salad - What type of salad and maybe fruit if I feel peckish before going to bed.

Any suggestions would be very welcome for the 16:00 meal.

1.) What time are you hitting the gym?
2.) Sorry I'm not to familiar with the 10st 4lbs what is that in kg?

Hi Justin,

I hit the gym around half 5 (UK time). I weigh 65kgs and I'm probably 'ECTOMORPH' but I wouldn't say I'm skinny as I'm 5'7. My chest isn't completely flat.

Hurricane XS is the same as Cyclone (all round whey, creatine and glutamine supplement).

How about a few almonds for
