Hi, I'm trying to loose some weight for summer. Can one of the personal trainers Give me some guidance. Thanks!

Weight - 197 pounds
Height - 5'8"

Personally I would watch

Personally I would watch what you eat, allow for some more cardio in your workouts, and increase your intensity at the gym. Nutrition is huge when it comes to loosing weight.

This is more a self control then any thing here! you really have to watch what you eats if your drinking pop and bad foods its not going to help!!

Stay with all the food groups and excercise! thats going to help with the fat around the belly area!

I am fairly tone except for my abs i can see them but there is some covering it...

my work out for that is sitting in the sauna and doin ab work outs! If you dicide to do this DRINK TONS OF WATER!!! while your in there and push your self!! im seeing nice results in my abs plus im seeing my fat on my belly starting to disapear!!

I will post pictures when i have time of my improvement and keep posted so you can see how im doin at that!
