Johnson and Martin's Soccer Grind Workout
This workout is a high intensity workout that involves using both the aerobic and anaerobic systems. What does this mean????
You are combining strength and cardio together for a gruesome workout. The main emphasis on this workout is to build strong legs. After a half hour of plyometic exercises followed by heavy lifting super sets the legs exhaust themselves with at least 48 hours recovery time.
This workout will increase soccer performance for the following reasons,
Explosiveness, Body Awareness, Reaction Time, Muscular Endurance AND Strength.
