i want insane results in 1 month
hi im new to this website its realy good
ive just started to work out this week, doing 40 sit ups through the day and 30 pushups through the day and a short jog every second day just to get me started.
i weigh about 90-95kgs and am 6foot tall
im wondering if there is any training guides i could go with that would achieve insane results in 4 weeks? if not what training program would be the best to see great results in maybe 8 weeks?. i wana drop about 10-15kgs then realy work on getting rip'd especialy my pec's.
ive got the attitude and dtermination to do what is needed to see results fast. ive already found a daily eating guide by dylan that is great.
any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hey I would suggest looking through the client guides, and find a fullbody workout program- Do it for a week... Then switch off to a two day spilt program which you can find. DO this for a week. The 3rd week do a 3 day split. The last week do a 5 day Split.... Take a before picture now and the After picture in 4 weeks and you'll be impressed.

hey thanks for the info, i found a guide "keiths muscle mass workout" i liked this one because it permits drinking and smoking, and also i dont have much lung capacity so i found jogging and HIIT realy painful in my lungs.
would the keith workout work if i use the same eating guide, but replace a few meals a day with just fruit to help lose a small bit of weight along the way?
also just wondering what a back row, tricep press down and shoulder press is?
