The Healthy Recovery Shake
This shake is vital for the restoration of nutritional content after a hard workout.
The beauty of this shake is that not only does it contain 2 of the healiest vegetables... it tastes great!!
Ingredients:
1 1/2 Cups of milk
1/2 Cup vanilla yogurt
3/4 scoop of vanilla whey protein
1 Banana
1/2 Cup Strawberries
1/2 Cup Blueberries
1/2 cup of Brocolli
1 cup of Spinach
1 scoop of glutamine
Smooth it well... you don't want any spinach chunks in there! It sucks, trust me!
