Female Workouts

The difference between a female workout and a male workout is.. Nothing!


Alot of women do not understand this.

Women think that they will look like men if they do "male workouts". This wont happen, women do not have enough testosterone to gain muscle like men do.

Women should be doing exercises like squats, dead lifts, and bench press. You know the typical "male exercises".

Their are tonnes of great workout guides on this site, if any women or men want to get started!
