Female workouts

The difference between a female workout and a male workout is.. Nothing!
Alot of women do not under stand this.
Women think that they will look like men if they do "male workouts". This wont happen, women do not have enough testosterone to gain muscle like men do.

Women should be doing exercises like squats, dead lifts, bench press. You know the typical "male workouts".

Their are tones of great workout guides on this sight, If any women or men want to get started!

Alex, I couldn't agree more. Too too many women believe that "men" work outs will make them balky and big. This is very false. If you don't believe Arm88 and I then read this post, written by a fat-loss expert himself.
