Looking to get your butt kicked at the track? You have to try this new style of training. It's called Fartlek Training, sounds weird right? Give it a shot, let us know how it worked out for you.
1 lap Easy Jog (400m)
200m 75% sprint
200m jog
300m sprint
100m walk
100m accelerating sprint
200m walk
50m 2 accel. sprints
200m easy jog
300m 75% sprint
200m fast walk
100m jog
200m sprint
5 min jog
