This workout is designed to extremely fatigue your body, puking dizzyness, and lightheadedness may arise so be at caution.
The goal is to pump your body as much as possible in under 3 minutes to stimulate as much tesosterone as possible and deplete all your glycose stores.
Straight Arm Kettle Bell Thrusts: 21 Reps
Medball Deep Squat Toss: (10 feet high) 21 Reps
Straight Arm Kettle Bell Thrusts: 15 Reps
Medball Deep Squat Toss: (10 feet high) 15 Reps
Straight Arm Kettle Bell Thrusts: 15 Reps
Medball Deep Squat Toss: (10 feet high) 15 Reps

Kettle bell thrusts: Slight bend in the knees, holding the kettlebell between the legs, thrust it above your head *KEEP YOUR WRISTS STRAIGHT AND KETTLE BELL STRAIGHT*
Medball Deep Squat Toss: Hold the ball as chest level, squat down low, thrust the ball up, hit a wall that is around 10 feet high.
