Dave's Weight Loss Routine
Hey there, in the weight training forums dave posted that he needed help with loosing weight. I'm reposting it here.

I'm very overweight, to be exact 263 pounds. Can someone help me with what I should do to begin losing weight? I need a step in the right direction.

Dave a suggestion might be to do everything you can to boost your metabolism. This includes HIIT Training... and working your big muscle groups. (Back, Chest, & Legs...)
This will help you to loose weight. You can also try to drink some high quality green tea helps a bit.

Talk to your doctor,no eating after dinner(low or no potatoes),drink water regularly,low or no carbs,stay in the cardio room for 10+ mins/day,or walk 20mins,check your sugar/salt intake,fibre up,no beer,pop or booze,be happy, swim(great excersize),sauna(lose water),meat ok, commit yourself.
If you must eat after dinner, eat veggies/water,not fruit.

Hi all
Just want to know of any females that have lose a great deal of weight.
Need to know how to keep it off and body toning as I have loss a little weight but have platooooooo big time and have not toned much is the stomach arrea.
Just to give an idea of the weight loss
Was 148.5kg(327 lbs) and down to 84kg(185lbs)
Any help would be great.
