Danielle`s Model Routine

Danielle, I already know you eat healthy so I would like to maintain those habits.
I`m going to set you up on a gym routine next time I see you at the gym

We will be focusing on;
15 mins High Intensity Cardio
30 mins Legs, Thighs, Glutes, Core
20 min stretch

until then 30 min morning and night cardio is a good idea

I will be changing the intensity next time you see me as well has having you do a workout 3 times a week on your own and 2 days of just streching.
