I'm looking to get toned up for Halloween.
Can someone give me a quick 2 week program to tone up.

That's kind of hard.. but you might want to do some HIIT circuits 3 times a week resting in between workout days. If you have cut problems, then for the rest of the time left for hallowing you may want to cut off all carbs starting 5pm. Eat proteins and drink a lot of water. You will feel a eat-sugar-frenzy late on night, you can either swallow it up or eat a fruit like apple, strawberry.. or anything ending on berry only a handful. That should help. If you perform this with sharp discipline you will get really nice results.

I recomend you that not only do it for hallowing and if you decide to do adopt it as a life activity you may want to add carbs on night but from veggis like broccoli or any green veggie.
