Cable Workout Upper Body, Superset

Weight Training

This Cable guide allows a power workout using just the cable machine and variety of attachments. The importance of superset training (doing 2 exercises back to back) allows you to work harder, targeting different muscles, incling your heartrate steadily. The benefits of using a cable machine is;

1. The machine is always available you don't have to wait or work in.
2. You are completely active
3. You achieve a muscle tearing upperbody workout on one machine.

Cable Punch Foward
Cable reverse punch

Rest 45

Cable one armed Mid Row
Side Pull (lateral)

Rest 45

Front one armed cable raise
Side Arm cable Raise

Rest 45

One armed cable Fly across chest
One armed reverse cable fly.

*Switch to Flat Bar*
Tricep Pulldown-
Bicep Curl-

Rest 45

*swich to rope*
