Sprouted grain toast (Ezekial) with almond butter or cashew butter and topped with fresh berries
Tuna brocolli melt- Tuna in a bowl, mix with chopped up broccoli bits and green pepper if you wish... grade on some mozarella chese and broil in the oven for 3 minutes!
Make your own wrap buffet. Use whole wheat wraps, cheese, leftover turkey or chicken, green or red peppers, cucumbers, mustard etc.
Cereal Special: Mix in some trail mix into your bowl of cheerios, add some frozen blueberries and enjoy!
Post Workout Smoothie: 1 Cup of frozen blue berries 1/4 cup milk, 1/4 cup juice, 1/2 cup yogurt, 1 scoop of whey protein Vanilla powder, and an added vegetable of your choice.
Whole Wheat/Oatmeal/Blueberries Pancakes: This makes for a hearty breakfast, just get pancake whole wheat mix... add in required milk/water. Sprinkle blueberries in the mix... add some natural oats and wha-la!
