Prison Squat 45 reps
Push-up 40 reps
Jumps 20 reps
Stability Ball Leg Curls 20 reps
Stablility Ball Jack knifes 20 reps
Step-Up 20 reps per leg
Pull-ups 10 reps
Foward Lunge 20 reps per leg
Close Grip Push up 40 reps
Inverted Rows 20 reps
Squat Body Weight 40 reps
Chin-Ups 15 reps
