This is a cross fit Training beginner program which gives a well-rounded full body workout. FastPaced with no rest.
Prison Squat 30 reps
Push-up 30 reps
Jumps 10 reps
Stability Ball Leg Curls 10 reps
Stablility Ball Jack knifes 10 reps
Step-Up 10 reps per leg
Pull-ups 5 reps
Foward Lunge 15 reps per leg
Close Grip Push up 20 reps
Inverted Rows 15 reps
Squat Body Weight 15 reps
Chin-Ups 5 reps
Your Challenge is to complete this circuit in under 15 mintues. Good Luck
