Many Men today wish to achieve "Bigger" arms, and thus they believe they must work their biceps like crazy!.... Well I hate to tell you that working your biceps will do little to improve your arm's mass & size.

Working the Triceps are the best way to build up your arms fast.

How will triceps enhance your arms?

1) They help support your biceps.
2) They are made up of 3 different muscles, so your now packing on some more meat.
3) They look really good!

So what's a good routine for triceps?
My personal favorite is the Triceps Pull down.

Use the straight bar for this exercise instead of a rope or other pully add ons.

Step One:

Start of with the bar and your arm facing straight out in front of you 90 degrees, then pull down and hold / tighten your triceps for half a second, release and come back up only half way.

--- Repeat this 12-14 times ---

Step Two:

Then for some extra spice, reverse your grib on the bar so your hands are now upside down, continue by doing Step 1 only with your hands reversed. This works the backside of your triceps.

In between sets do the triceps stretch listed bellow.

Stretches:: 
Grab the wall, bring your arm behind your back and extend your triceps. Do the same for the other arm.
