Biceps can help everyone in many ways. They don't only look good but they can increase your strength dramatically as well.

The best way to build biceps are not heavy weights...an often mistake by many beginning body builders. The best way to build your biceps are to use comfortable weights. What this means is that your not using other muscles to help lift your weight. Your biceps are solely lifting they wait by itself.

Three great work outs to improve your biceps.

1) Biceps Curl - With dumbbells
2) Hammer Curls - With dumbbells
3) Preacher Curl

Each set should be done with 12-14 reps on each arm.

--- 45-90 second break in between sets ---

--- 3 Sets each ---

Stretches:: 
Arms out beside your, thumbs straight up in the air.... move your thumbs slightly back and you'll feel a good stretch for your biceps.
