An average days food, what do you eat? (not over-exagerating)

Hey guys, just wanted to hear some combos of foods that people are eating on a daily biases.
Here's mine in general.
Morning 7:45 - Meal one: Wake up in with little time to get ready for work. So one slice of whole wheat toast with organic almond butter, a banana, 1 scoop protein shake, 2 fish oil pills & 16 ounces of water.
Head to work ----->
Morning 10:30 - Meal two: 2 cups frozen veggies, 12-16 non-salted almonds, and 1 fish oil pill. It's quick and easy microwave for a few mins and it's done. I'm pretty busy at work.
Lunch 12:30 or 1:00 - Meal three: Chicken Salad, 2 fish oil pills.
Mid-day 3:30 - Meal four: Same as meal two. 2 cups frozen veggies, 12-16 non-salted almonds, and one fish oil pill.
Head home from work ------>
Dinner 5:30-6:00 - Meal five: What ever is cooking at home. I limit size portions, will not eat any fast carbs, and mainly stick to the veggies / meat, don't forget the fish oil +2.
Head to gym (6:30) ------->
Post workout 8:00 - Meal six: 2 Scoops Whey protein/w water, 1 banana, any left over green veggies, and a vitamin c pack or if I have in replace a grapefruit.
So that's my basic nutrition routine I stick with, It's fairly simple; I eat lean protein with vegetables and good fats every 2-3 hours.
Lots of dietary fiber, and plenty of water throughout the day.
What do you guys eat? I know arm is on something hella complex. Let me know.
