I actually couldn't do it lol I sprained / hurt my wrist punching a wall two weeks ago, lol I thought it was better, but I can still hardly do a push up.
Oh well, out to the field to do some sprints for me. lol
i hate when my coach calls for the burpie drill. it's similar to the 50 in 5 only it's 100 in 7. harder then it sounds believe it or not. lol. but it makes for killer sweating and dropping weight big time and building up massive arm strength.
