2010 change ups?

On the cusp of a new year (I will not debate whether it's a new decade), are there any practices that you will do in the new year that will move you to the body you want?
Think about that for a moment. This is not a new year's resolution.
What are the practices you do now that inhibit a healthy muscular fit body?
What practices have you learned, tried, discovered, etc. that will enhance a healthy muscular fit body?
Again, think about it.
If you smoke, then that's the first practice to work hard to stop.
If you are too sedentary, that's the next practice to shed.
If you're overtraining (yikes) then rework your workout plan to give your body time to repair for the next workout.
If you're drinking too much, then reconsider you goals.
If you're eating a salad thinking you're cutting calories, then look to the salad dressings to find all the calories.
If you learned some training methods you want to establish, what are they? What do you do need to do to get them into your arsenal? Who can help you? What barriers are there to establishing new practices you want to establish?
Okay, you get the idea. But realize that these practices you want to stop and some to start won't just happen. YOU have to make them happen.
Think about this: What will you be thinking as you look BACK on 2010? Will you be pleased with the choices you made?
Have a great New Year's celebration and enjoy a great New Year.
Yours,
Cam
