Welcome to free workout guides. I would start off with compound exercises (bigger muscle groups), and then finish off with 25 - 40 minutes of cardio for the first month until you get use to that, then you can work your way into some advance workout guides.
As for diet, try to cut sugars / sweets and eat whole / natural foods. A balance healthy balanced diet to start is good then later on you can move into cutting phases.
Try to cut your meals by 1/3 of what your eating. That will help speed things up as well.
