Hi there my name is Steve and I'm new to working out I'm just wondering how I would build bigger triceps?
Hi, and welcome to to the forums. What I did to build big triceps, fast when I was a beginner was to do this workout 3 times a week:
12 x Tricep Pull down - On the cable (keep elbows in and only go half way up for best efficiency)
12 x Reverse Tricep Pull down - Same thing just reverse.
--- Repeat 3 times with a 1-2 minute rest in between.
You'll notice bigger triceps as little as 3-4 weeks if you keep that up.

Cool, thanks man, after about 3 weeks of doing this I noticed an increase in definition and size in my arm. Thanks for the tip, I'm going to continue doing this in my workout routine.
