Hope you have been able to stay safe and healthy! And I also hope you have been able to maintain a good workout schedule. But if you haven’t; no worries! We have some amazing things coming for the new year.
One of our core beliefs here at Free Workout Guides has always been that there is only one real block to building your dream body: your mind. If you believe that you will never be fit, you surely never will. But, if you believe that you can always change, no matter where you are, then you are at the perfect starting point.
If you set out to do something meaningful, there are always going to be challenges. If you want to avoid any risk of challenges you will have to dumb down your aspirations like so many other people do. What is more scary: to be challenged and maybe find out your limitations, or to forget everything you really want in life and just stay safe in your bubble?
